	$0 - no monthly fee plan.
	The initiation period is a 5 transaction training period in which you will be on a 50/50 split with the company.
	During this period you will get hands on training with 24/7 mentor and broker support.
	We provide 12 hours of highly intensive training followed by mentoring and coaching from a seasoned staff.
	We will give you all the tools from contract to prospecting to be a highly successful agent.
	After the initiation period, the agent may choose between the $0 and $50 a month plan.
