Yes, a broker administrative fee of $200 is charged to Infinity Realty
clients at closing. The fee is to cover the costs associated with the
processing of documents and contracts as well as the costs associated
with the auditing of materials necessary to close the transaction.

A5) |
And, our meetings
are not mandatory. We have a monthly meeting on the third Tuesday of
each month. You now have the option of catching the meetings via
video podcasts on the internet. We do not meet
weekly as we use our intranet and email for much communication and
information dissemination. We also provide ongoing weekly trainings on
Thursday days or evenings depending on the month. All agents are
welcome to attend and revisit these trainings, but not required. |
